June Dorking Talking

Just back from holiday, Dorking Talking is here again! Starting with Dorking today we look back to 400 years ago, when William Mullins, Pilgrim Father, left our town for the New World. And we linger in the past with an interview about Margaret Greville of Polesden Lacy, and drive down Memory Lane in an MG MGB. Then we come bang up to date with tips on avoiding scams, and follow up an item from a couple of months back with a report identifying the top 10 washing machines which are accessible for visually-impaired people, as well as stopping your socks getting lost in them! We’ve also made time for getting outdoors and going on holiday before sitting down for that cup of tea and the thought for the month. Enjoy!
